1. Use of the app shall be deemed acceptance of this agreement ('Agreement').
2. There is no registration (account/membership), login, password and personal data (name, surname, gender, age, etc.) collection.
3. The app works under an anonymous identity held on device and enables multiple device pairing. Pairing codes generated in the app should be shared only with people meant to co-manage the paired devices and devices no longer in use should be removed from Settings > Devices. As Paramla Finansal Danışmanlık A.Ş. ('Paramla') holds no personal data, an identity whose devices are all lost or removed may not be recovered or even identified by definition.
4. Data entered directly by the user is not verified; such responsibility rests with the user.
5. Market data is provided by EODHD, CoinMarketCap and ForInvest; quoted prices are 'last trade' prices which can be delayed up to 15 (fifteen) minutes at most.
6. Value, change, profit/loss presentation as to assets cannot be understood or interpreted as 'investment advice' or 'investment consultancy'; such service can only be provided by legally authorized institutions under an 'investment consultancy' agreement.
7. Investment decisions based on presented values, changes, profit/loss figures of assets may not result in the expected outcome.
8. There is no custody, buy/sell order/transaction or monetary movement/transaction of any asset whatsoever.
9. The app can be used free of charge for 30 (thirty) days from first use but requires a 'Premium' subscription thereafter. However, such 'Premium' subscription never gets triggered (initiated) automatically at the end of the free trial period but rather requires deliberate subscription act by the very user.
10. 'Premium' is a monthly subscription purchased on mobile stores only and for the price shown in the app at the moment of purchase (prices may differ by country) charged to the user's store account. It renews automatically at the end of each monthly period at the same price (unless announced otherwise by the store beforehand) unless cancelled at least 24 (twentyfour) hours before the end of the current period and can be managed or cancelled from the store's subscription settings (or Settings > Subscription in the app). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period with no refund for the remainder unless the store's own rules provide one. 'Premium' covers every paired device to the same anonymous identity; a subscription bought with the same store account can be restored with 'Restore subscription'.
11. Only free use is ad-supported; no ads are ever shown to 'Premium' subscribers. An ad can by no means and never be understood or interpreted as a recommendation or endorsement by Paramla.
12. Paramla can by no means and never be held responsible for direct or indirect loss, loss of profit, intangible loss or any loss to be incurred by third parties due to incorrect or incomplete data provided by its data sources or due to use of any information presented on the app; nor for content provided by or actions of third parties advertised; nor for interruptions of the app or of the stores' payment services.
13. Paramla is the sole owner of all property and copyrights in the app's brand, logo, design, graphics and software.
14. Paramla reserves the right to alter or discontinue the services offered on the app and to amend this Agreement current version of which is always available in the app (Settings > Legal) as well as on spectall.com. Use of the app constitutes acceptance of the Agreement at the time of use.
