1. Personally Identifiable Information ('PII') is personal information (name, surname, gender, age, etc.) as to one's identity. Paramla Finansal Danışmanlık A.Ş. ('Paramla') does not collect any PII.
2. The app settings are stored on the user's mobile device; data entered directly by the user is associated only with an anonymous, app-specific identifier; never with a name, e-mail address or phone number, i.e. any PII.
3. Technical information like IP address and time of requests on app servers is not - and cannot be - associated with any personal identity.
4. 'Premium' subscriptions are purchased on mobile stores only and may be recorded and stored by third party subscription service providers (RevenueCat etc.). Paramla receives only the anonymous identifier and the subscription's status - never a name, e-mail address, phone number, payment details or store account, i.e. any PII which remain with stores under their own privacy policies.
5. In case of ads shown on free use, only the number of views and taps per day are recorded; no data is kept on viewers. In case of Google ads, Google may process device information (such as IP address and device type) to serve and measure them under its own privacy policy asking for consent where required by law. No ads are ever shown to 'Premium' subscribers.
6. When notifications are turned on, the push token issued by stores for the device is stored with the anonymous identifier solely to deliver them.
7. Anonymous error reports may be collected and stored by third party service providers (Sentry etc.) to keep the app working.
8. Messages sent via Support are stored with the app version and language only; an e-mail address is optional and, if given, is used solely to reply.
9. Data linked to an anonymous identifier is deleted, after a 30 (thirty)-day prior notice, when the app has not been opened for 12 (twelve) months or when a 'Premium' subscription ended 6 (six) months ago with none since; a device can be disconnected from the data at any time from Settings > Devices, or all its data deleted at once with 'DELETE ALL MY DATA' option.
10. Paramla has the right to use other information in its database for statistical purposes.
11. This Privacy Policy, current version of which is always available in the app (Settings > Legal) as well as on spectall.com, is updated whenever there is a change in data processing. For further information: support@spectall.com.
